Infrastructure
The Osorio Manor is located in a wonderful scenic spot in the municipality of Adeje, Tenerife, which is known all over the world for its resorts on the Costa Adeje. Finka Osorio occupies a vast territory of 230. 680 m2 near the protected natural area and Barranco del Infierno. A wonderful place to enjoy the local nature and endemic plants.
Building
The house, built in traditional Canarian style, is located in the eastern part of Osorio Manor. The villa is surrounded by gardens with exotic fruit trees. The pool in front of the villa with an emerald green lawn around serves as a beautiful observation deck on the entire southern coast of Tenerife. The total area of the house is 750 m2. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are for guests and have a separate entrance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and dressing room. Dining and spacious living room with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of La Gomera. There is also a separate office for personal assistants and staff, two kitchens (one for the owners, the other for banquets) are equipped with high-quality appliances Miele and Gaggenau. A beautiful veranda with a glass automatic top that can be opened in sunny weather and closed in case of rain and cold weather. The lower level includes a gym with a sauna, a large storage room and an engine room.
Earth
Most of the territory is occupied by mango plantations, a total of about 2,500 trees. The mango garden is not only an excellent addition to the villa, but it is also a profitable business. The plantation is equipped with an automatic water supply system. Annually about 60. 000 kg of mango fruits are collected. The lands in the lower part of Osorio's estate were included in the urban plan of the municipality of Adeje and soon they could be used for the construction of residential buildings.

The villa is equipped with a Crestron smart house system, so you can manage all the home systems (air conditioning, TV, underfloor heating and lighting) from one portable console that is installed in all rooms. Doors, windows, shutters, are also automated and controlled by a smart house system. Italian marble floors, solar panels, fire extinguishing system, water purification system, aromatherapy in the sauna, security system and cameras, garden barbecue. The villa was completely renovated in 2015.
